Unfortunately Plimus repaid Mastercard orders placed between 1st-16th February 2012, as they claim our ratio inversion of fraud for that period is too high despite our overall ratio for this period was 0.8%; below the standard of the industry recommended 1%. They are actually reimburse all commands because less than 1% could be fraud. . In no case do we ask your order (s) fraudulent and we strongly disagree with this decision

Our action plan was launched:
- affected customers were given three days free so that their accounts do not disconnect.
- Customers will have 3 days to order again at a discounted up to 24% off.
- After 3 days the price will return to normal.
- customers will never be charged for the use made between 1 and 16 February.
