memes Putin banned in Russia! -

Again, Russia is tightening its grip on freedom of expression, this time banning memes, you know, like President Vladimir Putin on horseback a weasel riding a peak under #WeaselPecker. It seems that the Russian government had his sense of humor surgically removed, and made it illegal for memes making fun of celebrities and public figures headed by Russia

This is not to another new law crazy happened in Russia -. But an "update" its laws on personal data, which further illustrates how the Russian government is bonkers!

Recently, a famous Russian singer Valeri Syutkin continued with Lurkmore success (. A website even) after a macro image of him, paired with some unpleasant words to the song of another Russian artist, was published on the website

This prompted Roskomnadzor - internet censorship watchdogs of the country, to intervene and announced on Vkontakte (a sort of mini site Facebook / Wikipedia), its "update" laws of personal data, declaring illegal to post memes featuring a public figure who "has no connection with (their) personality." The "clarification" also stipulates that parody websites are illegal, which could pave the way for satirical sites to be blocked in Russia.

What I think is unfair, for example, this meme President Putin "Russia on the Ritz" clearly shows its fun side, and the joy of living. I am sure that Putin would agree! Yee-haa!

I'm not a meme injury!

Any celebrity or public figure in Russia who comes across a meme that the (poor lambs) really bother, must file their complaint the Roskomnadzor - but how many will actually "mean teacher" Only time will tell

Russia is certainly not shy about restricting the right of its citizens to a free and open Internet in August the.. last year "Law Bloggers" took effect, which means that all bloggers are now treated as a medium. any blogger with over 3,000 page visits, including Twitter users with more than 3,000 followers, must register with the authorities. Russia has also given the power to Roskomnadzor to drop any website, without explanation and without a court decision.

If you have not seen the memes Putin whistling around world wide web you are in for a real treat because we hide in my ass! just can not resist the opportunity, well, have a good laugh at Putin's expense, especially now Russia banned memes.

Without further ado, here for your enjoyment and a good rib-tickling, are some of the best memes Putin go round!
