The OPM acts as the human resources in the federal government, and security experts later blamed the Chinese in connection with the attacks. This caused the Chinese authorities to issue a statement denying all the data breach, stating that the accusations of the United States was "unscientific and irresponsible." Past attacks have been attributed to China reverted in 2014 where it was revealed that Chinese hackers were behind the attacks against US military networks.
This was the latest attack against America since the IRS data breach took place last month, putting more than 100,000 data "paying of taxes at risk. it is not known why these attacks took place, or what is known pirate hoped to achieve, but what OPM has many employee files the US government with high safety games.
