You can go directly to iTunes or visit their website to find the latest version of the iOS app StrongVPN. If you decide to start on site StrongVPN, just click on "Setup" button in the "StrongVPN for iOS" main menu, then. This will take you to the Apple iTunes store where you can download the application and install it. This application is compatible with iOS 8.4 or later. The Client Configuration page also guide manual configuration to set different iOS versions 5-9 to use their service with L2TP, PPTP, IPSec and OpenVPN.
The first time the application starts, it displays a short tutorial. The first screen welcomes you and tells you to swipe left to continue with the tutorial. When you first connect to the application, you must install certain parameters. This is shown in the second screenshot below. After watching this screen, slide left again to continue with the tutorial. The third screen shows you how to switch locations using the app. Swipe left again and you will see a brief overview of how to access the menu.
Once you are through viewing the tutorial, tap the "Ok, got it" to continue with the installation of the application. This will bring up a screen authentication like in the picture below left. you need to enter your "email address" and "Password" that you created when you registered for the account. you can find the information in your email welcome. once you have these correctly entered, switch the "Stay signed in" switch so that you will not have to reenter this information. Finally, press the "Connect" to check and record your connection.
This will display a screen like that shown in the above medium. in the tutorial, you need to know to operate the center to install StrongVPN parameters. once you tap "Install", you will see a screen like the one shown on the right above. This is an information screen from your iOS device letting you know that you are giving StrongVPN access to all of your Internet traffic. Tap "Allow" to the application installation can finish. The last thing we want to examine is the menu of the app StrongVPN which you access by sliding left or by pressing the menu icon in the upper left corner the screen. This menu is displayed on the center-left below. This menu is very simple and consists of the following :.
