The Pan American Games are a series of sporting events held for the Americas. The competition usually takes place the summer before the summer Olympics. In 2015, the 17th Pan American Games will be held in Toronto, Ontario Canada July 10th - July 26th. More than 6,100 athletes are expected to participate in a total of 36 different sports.
