We recently showed how to use the incognito mode, clear cache, and disable the services location on Safari (Mac OS)
Fortunately all browsers include features that allow you to:
- browsing the Internet without leaving traces on your computer (using "private browsing "or" incognito mode ")
-. Clear the cache files (cookies, temporary data, images, web sites)
- monitoring services / location Disable (to prevent websites to know your location )
This tutorial shows how you can turn on location services on Chrome , how to clear your machine from navigation data cached and how to use incognito mode .
To use the "incognito", follow the steps below:
1. Click the 'key' icon
2. Select "new incognito window" or press CTRL + SHIFT + N
3. A new browser window will open. While browsing in this window, you will not be leaving any traces on your computer such as cookies, temporary internet files (cache), history, search history, etc.
To clear all cache types, cookies and other browsing data, follow these steps:
1. Click the ' key icon
2. Select settings
3. Click Show advanced settings
4. In the "privacy" section, click on Clear browsing data
5. in the form that is now displayed, select obliterate the following elements of : the beginning of time
6. Check all items that can be cleared
7. Click "Clear browsing data"
to stop Google Chrome to share your location with websites, do the following:
1. Click the 'key' icon
2. Select Settings
3 . Click Show advanced settings
4. In the "Privacy" section , click content settings
5. In the box dialog that appears, scroll down to the "Location" section. Here we recommend you select "Do not allow a site to track my physical location."
This will automatically deny any site requests for your location
