We are excited to release the new version of Hide My Ass! VPN Client 2.8.0.7 and get it into the hands of our users. It contains several improvements, fixes and the introduction of 'Path Auto'.
Auto Road is a new experimental feature that identifies the connection problems and tried alternative paths automatically, useful if you want to avoid blocked ports by your ISP. Now you can enable this feature in the "Settings" tab of the dashboard
Other major changes :.
- We improved OpenVPN binaries and drivers to the latest version (2.3. 1)
- GUI has been improved in several areas of the client (the transition states of connection, the speed test page, cleaning the settings page, improved user login flow etc. ..).
- Various long actions are now undoable, such requests retransmission, 'Diagnosis' etc ..
- binary digital signature added controls to trafficked do not work
- Bug fix ".? Could not start the OpenVPN Service Would you use PPTP instead"
- Windows 8 is now officially supported!
