Milan AKA "Mickey"
Mickey joined HMA! in 2012 and is one of our technical support specialists. His job is to help our customers configure their routers remotely via TeamViewer, email and LiveChat, and help customers with VPN problems that require detailed technical knowledge and understanding.
He has over 15 years experience working in IT; building custom computers and computer maintenance in building and administering a network of more than 3,000 computers, 300 network switches and routers 50 in over 30 locations for a hospital.
Mickey is currently studying for the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate -. MCSA (Windows Server 2012) qualification
Its computer network certification requirements qualifications reads longer than the Magna Carta, including CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate (routing and switching) and CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate (security)
Vuk
Vuk joined HMA! in June 2012 and is one of our agents LiveChat. He was born in Belgrade, Serbia and recently graduated from University majoring in public relations and communication
One of his passions is mobile phones. there is nothing he does not know about them, especially Android. He is also the Imelda Marcos of the office regarding trainers, with over 10 pairs. He enjoys photography, Star Wars and his favorite kind of music is drum and bass.
Marijana
Marijana joined HMA! when it opened in Belgrade there is a little more than a year. It is a masterpiece customer service team and manages a team of five, training and support staff.
Before joining HMA! Marijana has worked as crew for Emirates Airline cabin, and before that, she worked as assistant marketing for a hotel in Belgrade.
Marijana said: "I love the energy that comes with working with people ... one of the reasons I work in customer service is to make your experience not suck. I also really like people and be useful. Miroslav joined. ! HMA in October this year and has recently joined the night shift, something he loves as he is a bit of a night owl
Before joining HMA Miroslav volunteered for.! UNICEF two years ago, and he also worked as a casino dealer.
