Regular customers HMA! may have noticed some changes to our payment gateways recently, and we thought we should let you all know what happens.
After feedback from a lot of customers, you are now able to use PayPal to pay us directly for subscriptions and you have more to go through another gateway - making your purchase faster and easier. We will also propose PayPal as a payment method for our affiliate network starting next month.
We had to suspend the use of Payza (formerly known as AlertPay) on our site, as Payza announced that he is unable to provide services to merchants in the UK. This announcement does not affect customers who have active subscriptions paid by AlertPay, but if your subscription is set to renew by AlertPay, you will need to change the methods of payment. Payza not give us a reason for stopping services in the UK, but said they will be up and running again here "sometime in 2013".
For customers pay by credit card, we always use a number of gateways (which, technically speaking, are resellers for us) to process payments and you will see one of them when you check out. gateways are :. 2CheckOut.com, cleverbridge and Avangate
