This puts millions of private user data in the hands of the US military. The new surrounding is always breaking and the BBC has a good overview of what is currently published by various documents.
From what has been reported to date, the PRISM NSA program proves that the fears of everyone about the Internet activity on government oversight are entirely justified. This is the government to spy on an unprecedented scale and militarized. The first reactions of administrative services and information Obama failed to justify what is a violation of our basic rights to privacy. Guilty until proven innocent should never be the government's response to Internet users, and we condemn the official supervision passion that is at best unethical and at worst illegal.
This is further evidence of the amount of personal information that can be accessed by governments and Internet service providers online. In an environment where violations of privacy are becoming routine, it is vital for Internet users to encrypt their connection and protect themselves from unwanted surveillance.
